Here's my second attempt. I'm actually including animated fruits hoping that this would actually attract kids. From the first comp, I reduced the fonts to two, and these are the ones that looks very childish. I still haven't found the perfect bottle, but these ones are pretty close to it. Let me know what you think of it. I appreciate your comments.
I like the shapes of the bottles, they both could be a good solution for packaging water for kids. Also, the idea to put cute characters on the label is good too! Nice progress, however, the overall layout doesn't look like completed one. There is a lot of unnecessary negative space and all the elements are packed in the center, so the composition is not dynamic. I would enlarge some elements like characters' graphics and place them more randomly instead of central alignment. Also, I would try to place some graphic elements (screened back) like circles or stars on the blue background to create more fun mood.
ReplyDeleteIm not really sure if its a good idea to place the elements on such a dark background because the characters you put on there dont really stand out. It also might be a good idea to change the expressions of the fruits, maybe giving them their own personality to match the flavor. I think I like the smaller, rounder bottles better I think it appeals more to children.

I like the top row. The design of the actual bottle is more round and fun for the kids. I love the characters you are using as the fruit symbols. They are really cute and I think that's the part that will attract the kids the most. The one on far left, I'm guessing it's the orange flavor, but the actual little character kind of looks like a pumpkin. You might want to reconsider that. Your logo is great, your design has a good balance. Well done overall.

For kids the top bottom looks fun. The animated will get the kids, maybe the color choice the blue can be lighter so it's easier on the eyes. nice and simple.
ReplyDeleteThe bottles on the top seems more fun for the kids. The animated characters are nice but I would work on it a little more to make them look more friendlier... I like the logo a lot, its a great design.
ReplyDeleteThe fruit cartoons are a great idea. They kind of remind me of Aqua Teen Hunger Force. I like the round Aquapod bottle too. It willlbe more appealing to kids.
ReplyDeletecolors are too intense. bring back some of the gradient. it looks a bit unfinished and flat. bring back some element of depth in the layout.
